Quality Control, Testing & Inspection

At Flowchem we have made an enormous investment in testing equipements and the inspection process. No product goes to the next stage of the production process without passing the inspection of each process. We conduct a regorous test of the quality and chemical composition of the raw material. Dimensional and visual inspections are rigidly conducted on every components of the product. Our inhouse testing laboratory facilities include :

• - Mechanical Testing - Tensile, Charpy Impact
• - Chemical Testing - Optical emission spectrometer
• - Microstructure and grain flow study - Optical Microscopes
• - Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MP) and Dye Penetrant (DP) Testing
• - Non Destructive Testing

Dimentional and Visual Inspections are rigidly conducted on final components before shipping. Additionally, our forgings are subjected to 100% testing to guarantee users complete product satisfaction.
