Flowchem pride itself in employing a team of highly experienced team of designers to produce custom dies based entirely on our customers' specifications. We rely on advanced technologies such as Auto CAD with 2D and 3D simulations and parts manufacturing feasibility.

Additionally, we have a state of the art machine shop to take care of our custom die production needs. This has given us an edge in areas such as close-tolerance precision forgings and we have constantly innovated in custom die-design over the years. Our inhouse die designing facility has the capability to manufacture dies as well as tooling to the highest levels of accuracy thereby giving us an edge in the production of complex and critical profile forgings as well.

Moreover, through years of in-house research, we have achieved marked improvements in design as well as production technology to produce a variety of intricate profile forgings for use across several industry segments.
